The Manos Juntas Micromill is known for producing beautiful coffee. The mill strives to make coffee production simple for producers by paying them up front and taking on the responsibilities of processing and exporting.

Lighter profiles will display big sweetness and acidity, with candy-like flavors not far from tropical Starburst candies. We wouldn't recommend roasting this coffee darker than a light-medium roast level. The darker you roast, the less of the processing method and unique characteristics you will taste.
